
Classes are presently based in East London, where we teaches popular classes in the evenings and at weekends. We also teach smaller private lessons with personally-tailored training in North London, East London, at your home, office or gym.

Yes you can. We have enough instructors and assistant instructors to help people with all levels of ability and fitness. Our classes are friendly and welcoming to new students.
There are no physical requirements – regular training will take care of your strength, fitness, agility, endurance and flexibility.
Yes, you can watch a class first before participating so that you can get an appreciation of the overall class. If you like what you see and want to give it a go, you can join the following week. But why watch a class when you can try it for free? Before deciding whether we are the right club for you, we allow one FREE INTRODUCTION lesson to all new students. You will also get a one month discount as well.
This is normally determined by your schedule. Once a week is a good target at the start to see progress. Then if you decide you want to progress at a faster rate later on, we recommend at least twice a week training. You will find that there are some dedicated members who seem to train all the time – don’t be put off by them as it is a personal journey and not a competition.
Wear comfortable loose clothing such as a t-shirt and jogging trousers. You may want to bring a bottle of water, towels for shower. We have a training uniform and T-shirts that can be ordered through the instructors if you decide to stay with us for the long haul.
The first lesson is free. We then have a beginner course for £45 for the first month, which include 12 lessons. If you wish to train with us after the beginner course, you will need to pay a monthly tuition fee. You will also need to pay a small annual membership fee.

Adult’s annual membership is £50 and unemployed/children/students’ annual membership is £35. The trial period is a month after which time you must purchase an annual membership.
If you pay your tuition fee a year in advance, then before you are going to be away your membership can be suspended. The minimum period for suspension is one month and the maximum period for suspension is 2 months. If you’re paying monthly, you can cancel your payment anytime, providing you let us know a week in advance.
